Commercial Leasing and Sales 101
Are you a master of residential real estate with clients who want your help with commercial deals? Do you want to avoid being blamed for expensive fixes to rookie mistakes? This course is a primer intended to give a basic overview of a commercial real estate transaction from ‘let’s do a deal’ to ‘we’re closed’ along with common pitfalls and issues to watch out for and what questions to ask to make sure your clients’ interests are best served.
Commercial Leasing and Sales 201
This course builds on 101 going into more detail of actual mechanics of a commercial transaction and also considers the scenario if you are on the listing side. Covered areas include: what is expected of you as a listing agent, the Contract, and aspects of due diligence agents are commonly involved in. This course also introduces some common ownership structures when there is more than one investor and how they affect you when you are putting together a deal.
